Our Transparency Commitment

LWN is a startup-stage nonprofit — we have not yet completed a full fiscal year, so no Form 990 has been filed yet. Here is our accountability roadmap as we launch: our first Annual Report will publish after our first fiscal year closes; we will register for Candid's free Seal of Transparency once we have a year of financials to report; and we intend to pursue ECFA accreditation once our founding board is seated. We'd rather tell you honestly where we are than overstate where we're not yet.
